Pros I see is it keeps the extra tounge weight off the extended hitch while using a camper. Cons pretty much everything else about it. Mainly the more shit to go wrong

If you have an OHV you have to stay at the sandpit campground or on the beach. Sabdpit does have 4 power and water sites but...
