We got about 4 inches of rain yesterday in Mancos, so the San Juans and LaPlatas probably got a bunch more.

    I hate Craigslist Lowballers...

I've heard of cashiers checks being bogus too. If I buy or sell with a cashier's check, I do the transaction at the issuing bank.

    Is Utah loosing its appeal?

I moved from WVC to Wyoming in 1980 because of the crowded conditions. I go to the Wasatch front now if only if absolutely necessary. Recently moved to SW Colorado, where it's a bit more crowded, but the winters are easier on my wife.

Chevy II 's are fun little cars. I had a '63 two door hardtop for several years. I swapped in a 283 SBC with Powerglide and that little car would scoot. An LS engine would be nearly uncontrollable in my opinion with the short wheelbase. I also helped a friend do an engine swap on a '64 Chevy II...

    Question for gun folks...

Every time a law or restriction is passed, it's basically irreversible and then subsequent laws and restrictions are piled onto them. This is how our freedom is slowly taken away, so the best course of action is to prevent these small, seemingly insignificant restrictions up front.

The batteries in my 2003 Dodge CTD are the original OEM units and they still start the big diesel engine with gusto. This is after 18 plus years of Wyoming winters.

    Your Pic of The Day

Don Pedro's has lost their long time cook, so their food isn't the same. My company used to have business with another company from Los Angeles, and one of the regular visitors to Evanston was Chicano. He said that Don Pedro's was as good as anything he could get in California.
