I have a locked d35 and it works just fine. Granted I'm only running 29" tires this is about as rough as I'll get my XJ. It has a lot to do with how it's driven too!!!

You're all set. I've done JV twice now. Both times with my XJ. The one thing I can emphasize is you will get VERY DIRTY. I have actually thought of staying in either Hesperia/Victorville or Yucca Valley. The comfort of a hotel/shower would make JV more enjoyable. Oh and one other...

That isn't the first pic like that. I have others that make my 'little' XJ look puny next to Greg's LX 450. Bottom line is my "little XJ" is a total sleeper, and for what we were doing, Greg spun his tires in his 'Toyota' more then I did in my XJ. I'm just razzing him. :cody:
