Paint issues - What did I do wrong? Need help

I'd bet it looked great until sometime after the paint was scraped off the bottom due to being "sliders". If you expose bare steel to Utah road salt no surface prep will protect you. The rust eats into the metal and proceeds to undermine *all* surface preparations. Inspect periodically...

Clever (or not?) garage organization ideas

Did these a few years ago. 48 linear feet (2 shelves and 2 sections of 12' in an el) of 2' wide shelf space cost me about $200 and consumes no floor space.

Clever (or not?) garage organization ideas

Suspended Shelving to utilize some of the 11' wall height I'm 6' tall and can walk under them Used all-thread rod. Welded a lag screw to an all-thread coupler, drove the screw into the bottom of the ceiling joist with an impact gun, then mounted the all-thread to it. If I were to do it again...

    Experience with Torq Locker?

So downhill freewheeling is a characteristic of lunchbox lockers then? I have no experience with them but not sure I'd care for that aspect. They do look stout though.

    Experience with Torq Locker?

After reading this: https://www.torqmasters.com/how_it_works Seems like you just removed any kind of engine braking for downhill and have to use your brakes. Also, make sure your parking brake works if you stop pointed downhill.

Electrolysis- Anyone do this at home?

Will remove rust, but not grease or "goo". Washing soda(sodium carbonate not baking soda which is sodium bicarbonate), battery charger, a large plastic bucket, and water.

Land Rover Electric heater automotive application.

Your typical 1500W cheapo portable heater for the house would need 125A @ 12V for the same output. That's a pretty big alternator upgrade. That 20k BTU heater equates to about 5KW or a 416A draw for a 12V, all electric version. (6.7 Hp just to run the heater)

South-East Utah RME Winter Trip to the Swell

I've had the truck through Black Dragon and mostly had issues with the width (I left a little paint in a couple spots) but I would need to take off my running boards. I've driven Eagle in a JKU but don't remember it well enough to rethink it for the truck. I didn't know if you were planning on...
