The 2.5" Teraflex coil lift lift with Teraflex shocks on my 2012 JKU Rubicon was enough to get me all the way through the Hole in the rock trail on stock 32" tires.
Newer F150's can be flat towed with the magical sequence of gestures and incantations. Can your model superduty do that?

Yeah, when the next guy to do a repair can't tell it's been done before, you're doing it right.
Probably the major issue with repairs on older sheet metal is getting a patch with the right gauge metal.
I ran the Firestone Ride-Rites when I towed my travel trailer and they work just fine. With the minimum, 5 psi pressure in them you won't know they are there.

the dry cure took 10 days. You'll need #1 curing salt (salt + 6% Sodium Nitrite), salt and sugar
smoked at 200* until internal temp hit 150*, took 4.5 hours to smoke, I left apple chunks in the whole time.
OMG.....
left side has no seasoning, right is cracked pepper.
both were smoked with apple for 4.5 hrs
