Yes. I've been running open diff for about a year and a half. Missed my locker soooo bad but..... with a different driving style I've done every trail and obstacle I did with a locker. Just have to figure out how to get up without flexing/spinning opposite corners (tires). Snow and such though...

    Long Canyon trail conditions update

From November. It did look like had been that way for awhile, looking at the rubber and grooves that was in the rock. Maybe give deadhorse state park a call to see if it's been repaired. At the condition it was in, going down I think you would slide into the LF fender the way that wall was...

    Street Jeep Build

Could throw some 15x8's and a set of 305/50/15's on and drift the Hell out of it. Look sort of like a NASCAR truck. https://goo.gl/images/l9vyp0 Sent from my H1611 using Tapatalk

Recovery gear test day. Snow run #2

Then went on up the road to a pretty cool overlook. This commercial photo is brought to you by Jeep. Our buddy eating snow. Found a mine hole, tagged "wampus cat returns". She looks good dirty. I walked out on the beam and dropped a rock to see how deep this was. Vertigo kicked in ...

Recovery gear test day. Snow run #2

Thought I'd put this here, instead of making another thread. Getting cabin fever we decided to go for a drive. This time we brought both jeeps. Haven't had her Liberty off-road other than testing the 4wd in a dirt parking lot when she first got it. It was time to get it dirty and give her some...

I saw a flat black "rat-rodded" Comanche with red moon wheels on 90th so. The other day. Made me think of this build. Sent from my H1611 using Tapatalk

I just pulled the trigger on a pair of Eaton's through Summit . Got a good deal, free shipping and manufacturer rebates. I just barely went over the budget, but for the pair it was a price I couldn't pass up. Cant wait to get these in and go wheeling. [emoji41] Sent from my H1611 using Tapatalk

Thats what I was thinking when I first had 4:10s . With 31's it's overkill. It didn't want to stay in OD on the flats. Gas mileage suffered greatly. Going back to the 3:55's is when I noticed the difference. If I had 33s the 4:10's would be perfect. Interesting fact::::; peak torque for the 4.0...

Anybody here running an Edelbrock Air Gap intake manifold? On anything?

A slight stumbling on acceleration really could be just today's crappy gas. Unless you're running this intake on a open engine bay like a ratrod. I wouldn't worry much about it. I run a performer intake and it stumbles a bit the first little while if I try to mash it down. My car dosent get...

Decisions, decisions. I do have my front 4:10's sitting here but..... At the time right now my rig is pretty reliable and bigger tires and such just snowball's mods, repair costs etc. I'll for sure be doing the rear true track here soon and hold off on the front a bit longer. One thing that...
