Heat plus the left handed drill bits have taken out many bolts on my fix it jobs. I have also welded MIG stalagmites onto broken bolts down in holes with good success (when you can't weld a nut on). You do have to be very careful not to over do it on the trigger or get off center.

My son's MJ used to have a similar problem. His issue was that the front axle wasn't centered as well as it should have been after he lifted it. Once it was centered correctly it never hit.

My dual triangulated rigs work great. Wouldn't do it any other way.

From what I have read the unlimited coils are the same length as a regular TJ but a bit higher spring rate.

I use a long 3/4 breaker bar to bust them loose. It will take off what the impact wrench can't.

I have a cast iron 4 barrel 350 manifold, I think there is a carb in the basement also but I would have to check. All off of a 70's era 350.

I put the 350/700R4 combo in my Commando and it has worked well. I used a 89 Suburban tranny in mine.

I think these springs were 3.5 inch, no idea what they would be sagged.
