Where is this? There is a road starting at the Deer Creek dam that goes to Cascade Springs. There was a sign on the Cascade Springs side that said "road ends xx miles ahead", but it's always been open.

I'm not sure that many ATV users are affected by this since it's only for the city of Scottsdale. I've never seen any evidence of OHV recreation opportunities within the Scottsdale city limits. Limited use in the areas adjacent to Phoenix only applies on "high pollution" days, and the law...
