I have no idea how it is on every range used by the military. I know heavy duty axles can be legally purchased from vehicles heading to a range in Utah. Or not, whatever. :)

They don't shoot the hard metal components. That's why the axles, engines, etc are removed before the bodies are dragged out on the range.

Buy the axle before they sell it to Boyce.
