to say its been frustrating not driving this thing for over a year is an understatement. i'm dying to get it back on the road. Hopefully this is the last thing. then on to reinstalling the transmission, transfercase and drivelines.

I've driven it around a bit this weekend. Everything seems good again. It starts up fast and sounds just as good as it always has.

The standpipe had a bad o-ring. The standpipe has a lifetime warranty. I figured it out after hooking up my air testing equipment and hearing the leak. I took the old one back to O'Reilly's, and put a new one in along with a new dummy plug. Lifetime warranty on that as well.
