    Training day

What would you like to see or do at the next training day event. I think May would be a good time before it gets hot. Time, location, classes would be the items to discuss. Let's hear from you and make this a great event.

    How could we improve RME?

Id like to step up and take a shot at this but..... wouldnt be able to throw money at it (like renting facilities, insurance, ect) . I love showing new people about wheeling. Basically my plan is to simplify it and bring back the Newbie Runs. Get some new people in on this and show simple things...

The falls is a great hike. That black&white pic is awesome. I have yet to hike a slot canyon. Hopefully this year I can.

    Not a good day.

4:10's in it now but revved a bit high with 31's. I have the carrier for the front. It's just more cost effective this way than putting 4:10's in the 8.25 since I already have the parts.

Carnage report ::::: Well. It looks like my locker took a shit. A pin came out somehow and tried to destroy everything in its path Gears included . I have a super 35 (non c-clip) w/Ox locker and Yukon axles. It was taken from my YJ and put under my XJ. It was rebuilt once already. Wich brings...

    Not a good day.

Im hoping for a chain cause im tired of putting money in axles. Had 4:10's put in 2yrs ago and last year a SYE to get rid of some vibes which I still have a tiny bit. Only have a small 3" lift. Anyways I'm thinking the worst right now. It's at a shop now and waiting to hear what's broken. Oh...

Trying to remember who I got this SYE from last year just in case I need parts. It's a teraflex unit and I picked it up at Lincoln elementary.

Yeah im always glad for that but bummed out cause I was planning a big trip this year, and this could put a dent in those plans.

    Not a good day.

Today I was testing out my homebuilt pullpal. It did great but needed a second hand to hold it in position on flat surfaces. So far im very happy with it. But......... On my way out still on dirt/snow the jeep suddenly locked up and about threw me through the windshield at 10-15mph. Getting out...

    How could we improve RME?

I think the forum is fine. Training days has fizzled out but could be brought back without having to buy insurance or put money into it . Maybe just a trail run for starters and if someone wanted to learn something about winching or other we can find a way to show them. I know I liked the TD...

    Snow wheelin, who's going where?

This weekend I'll be testing out my self-made pull pal.

All this snow makes me wanna play hooky tomorrow

I've been reading about chains alot lately and newer jeeps may have issues running them. Something to do with the way the brake lines are routed. Since I've been stuck twice this year, im making my own pull pal. All the steel is cut, just waiting for parts.
