The way I understand the rules, is that the lap you are currently running counts under a full course yellow, but no more than that one. Once you cross Start/Finish under the lap that had a full course yellow, no more laps count until the green flag comes back out.

From my perspective car #4484 (Beach) was 4th. I was on the radio with all track officials and there was no question that he had 1 rock course lap left after the full course yellow for recovering Nick Campbell out in the rocks. Casey then hit his last rock course and rallied to a 4th place...

I knew I'd screw that up somehow. ;) I cannot wait for this race to come back.
