I would make the drive to Logan and talk with John/Nate at Mnt Logan offroad. They do top notch work for a reasonable price. Well worth the drive to get it done right!! The bolt in cages never fit as good as a custom built one, and generally they are not as good of material.

Well, when I get home I will shoot a couple.... Imagine a shelf basement with one good block/concreate wall (where the stair to it are/outside entrence) ant the other 3 sides are/were sort of shelf, but now more of a slope....dirt floor. Furnace is sitting on bricks, water heater is on wood...

Kinda a spin off from my other thread. Anybody know anything about dirt basements? We have one.... I wasn't to worried, but if I buy the place, I want to make sure it is ok. I have no idea what is acceptable as far as dirt basements go. Is it legal code wise? What should I worry about??

Looks like I may have the opprtunity to buy the place we are renting, and I want to have my ducks in a row.... Anybody here do that kind of stuff or know somebody that is good and reasonable priced??
