Along these same lines, what is the proper procedure if you do get pulled over while in the HOV lane? I have seen numerous people pull to the left. Do you pull to the left in the HOV lane or do you pull all the way over 4 or 5 lanes to the right?

I agree that rock stacking is lame, especially on this section that is there to be difficult, but it is even more lame to take concrete out there and do this. It is nothing more than trash IMO, and harder to remove than beer cans. People will always stack rocks, it is the nature of the hobby...
