Or a pd waggy 44 housing... the Longside shaft is shorter. A 297 joint will handle 35s, my setup has 4340 30 spline outers instead of 19 spline coarse (scout application) to keep it narrow . And the ball joints on a 44 are way better than a d30 too.

So tube swap a Ford 44... In a cj2a uptravel and pumpkin size would be a bigger concern for me than a HP. A LP fits better and it's plenty strong for 35s Either way it's loads easier and cheaper than a JK axle to get bigger tubes, knuckles, brakes AND 5x5.5 that fits a 15" wheel... plus hubs...

Chev pass drop d44. narrow the long side. Swap to ford knuckles 5x5.5.

You need multiple water heaters. So choice.

My radiator split and was leaking. Not sure how. But it was old and had cheap plastic tanks. So since it was so nice out today, I slapped a new one in and did a new serpentine belt and engine degreaser to get the dried coolant off.

The JT Rubicon rear axle is beef even compared to the BIG JL Rubicon axle. The tie rod ends on the front of my rental JL were every bit as big as the stuff on my old 04 super duty. IMO it'll handle V8 power and they designed it to from the get go.

I want a rapid pump aluminum one! How much do they weigh? My slow pump cast iron beast seems to be fine still. I got the style that the pad unscrews up to get more reach for my big Jeep. I serviced it last year. A couple o-rings and $7 hydraulic Jack oil should last another decade.

So when can we go? Tomorrow?
