Mike an ultrasonic cleaner would be amazing for you! I use mine all the time. The other day I sharpened a bunch of my drill bits and then threw 2 handfuls of them in the ultrasonic cleaner and they came out looking brand new.

I had great luck with a factory Volvo Penta (probably Bosch) boat pump. In tank keeps it cool and it's designed to lift a bunch since boat tanks are so much lower (like a few feet) than the motor.
