The problem was... where I had the grille set, If I would have put the winch in front of it, It would barely have been a 90. If not a little overhang. I wanted to move the grille back but it would have meant starting all over on the hood mount and I couldnt think of a good way to do it...

Little progress today Got the winch mount in. I decided rather than move the grille in for a better approach angle to just move the winch back I took my driveline in to be lengthened. They didnt want to do it and tried to sell me a whole new shaft. I dont have money for that...
