Simple fact is there can be no legal way to toll access to public land, roads or tolls. And I do not think there should be! Think of the snit fit we all would have if the state wanted to require a special use tag to acess national forest or BLM lands. I don't think we want to go there...

Don't think Utah has the monopoly in that regard. I remember a drive between Laramie and Fort Collins in a early spring snow/ice storm. I-80 between Laramie and Cheyenne was closed and to be honest I was surprised the highway into Fort Collins was still open (shouldn't have been). Anyway...

I think that is the issue exactly. If it is cold enough the ground is frozen, that is one thing, but if it is wet at all tons of damage can result. And if you look around, there should be no shortage of roads.

Sounds like we have lots of people willing to help on the distibution. Once they are designed and printed, I will co-ordinate that side of it to make sure we are not overlapping our efforts. We also need this to be a long term comitment, monthly or so visits to keep them supplied.

For snow, ice etc I think the A/Ts are a much better choice.
