I'm not trying to insult you. Certainly do what you do. The point I was trying to make was the driveshaft flange on the mitsu is physically larger diameter. And the toy pinion flange may not have enough diameter to redrill for the larger mitsu bolt pattern.... Just trying to help...

I think you'll find the pinion flange is very small on a toy compared to the montero pattern. Anyways. Thought I'd throw it out there. You can have the complete axle for $120. That's cheaper than hokey spacers and a new pinion flange.

Contrary to what others would have you believe the big montero rear is a better axle swap for the rear than others. 1) same bolt pattern 2) same pinion (driveshaft) flange pattern 3) width: that toy axle will be too narrow. 4) disc brakes 5) same ebrake cables 6) same brake line fittings. 7)...

Here's the final piece of the puzzle. This bike has a fresh bottom and top end, but they forgot to put the head stays back on, so Ebay to the rescue. I like to go over my bikes with a fine tooth comb and fix anything and everything.

I've had good luck with the Duratracs on my Ford. That's a rad truck! I was ][ close to pulling the trigger on a used one, but couldn't get away with a short bed. I've got to say it though: that front grill (the Power Wagon and Ram Rebel one) is polarizing... I'd be looking for a standard grill...

at that size, I'd just use a big aluminum water bottle...

I can't leave well enough alone. The seat had a small tear in it on the back so I swapped the covers. It's tedious to get a cover just right, but I'm getting faster. I'd be much faster if I had a powered stapler that was stronger, my electric one is weak, so I had to bang them in with a hand...

James (Rockreligious) and I raced Team B on Saturday and it was awesome! If anyone is scared to race this is the best way to get your feet wet without too much worry. Each rider races a section of the course that you determine (we switched every other lap) and you ride your own bike and trade...

She took it for a few little rips when we were in Moab, but not a good enough test of the suspension yet. She did like it though.
