Back when radiators were made from copper and brass you could easily fix them. Now days with these cheap plastic tanks the best thing to do is toss them in the trash and buy a new one.

I think I can do it just fine. More than anything I want to know why they went out. I just installed injectors and had the truck tuned. The 7.3 is fairly rare to have head gasket problems.
