does linseed oil give the deck a greasy layer on the wood? I have seen a few buddies trailers that guys used atf and the deck is nasty. You lay on your back and you get covered in junk and then get in the the seats of your truck. Just wondering if linseed oil is like that or what?

You said that the axles are 6 k axles. You are limited by the tires. Looks like they only have a load rating of 2300 lbs. That puts you at 9200 lbs. If all your doing is your jeep no big deal. If you try hauling equipment might be a problem. But damn 12 ply! I have always used thompsons sealant...
