    KLR 650-1st Bike Ever

I loved my KLR when I had it back in 2009. Fun all purpose bike. Not great on the trails or the road, but great at being cheap and reliable!

Wonderful Day! Roe vs. Wade Overturned

This still sounds awfully like having a problem with state power or control of these issues. I was chatting with a liberal friend about gun rights and she said it all needed to be regulated at the federal level because she didn’t trust states to get it right, which of course she defined as being...

Wonderful Day! Roe vs. Wade Overturned

THIS x 1000 Constitution doesn’t support RvW. I spent some time last night and read Alito’s opinion in full, it’s pretty straightforward and I encourage everyone to take a few minutes and do the same. If the country wants abortion everywhere it needs to be either voted in at the state level...

Wonderful Day! Roe vs. Wade Overturned

This. It’s a difficult topic, but it should be handled at the state level, federal legislative level at most, like everything else not specifically protected in the constitution.

    Bitcoin

If it gets to $10k I’ll buy a full bitcoin. I figure if Elon bought $1.5B at $40k I should be able to invest 4X better than him? I‘m not strong on math.

    Top Gun: Maverick

This is exactly why (almost) everyone is so happy and relieved with the movie. Most producers would put a heavy spin on the story, like maverick needs to learn his vulnerabilities, or war with Russia isn’t settled with planes, or that he’s actually struggling with homoerotic feelings from the...

    Next rig options?

Add lockers, since you will want to re-gear to 4.88’s anyway for 35’s. Ask @moab_cj5 if he’s happy I did the math wrong and went with 4.56’s…

    FE501s

Well…all my buddies on their 350’s had a good laugh as I didn’t know what I was signing up for. The bike made it just fine but I was wore clean out by the ride back to the truck, which felt like 50 miles.

    FE501s

Had the 606’s on my 501. Loved them, did 5 miles of Hell down in the Swell with this bad boy with the desert tank and those tires no problem. Also had the Scott stabilizer which was great, but my favorite mod was the rekluse auto clutch. Miss this bike!

I had my last 80 at the same time as my 1st gen tundra. For cool factor and the light crawling I did, 80 all the way. For daily driving and practicality, tundra by a mile. Lighter, more nimble driving experience. Mine was limited which was nice enough for me. More power, better mpg’s, truck bed...

Excuse me, forum etiquette is to take bits of information you read online at face value and passing it on without bumming everyone out with your fact checking. That’s what I’ve done here for your benefit, please keep up.

    Next rig options?

A weird quirk with Toyota on the 1st gen tundras is the original access cab models are narrower and have a lower roof then the later 4 door models and sequoias. So the hoods and body panels aren’t interchangeable. Meaning the sequoia will be bigger on the trail then the access cab tundra.

    Next rig options?

First gen tundra (access cab) is the same dimensions as a second gen tacoma, so not huge, but solid v8 and super reliable. I absolutely loved mine. Way better for a daily driver than an 80 or gen 1 tacoma. V8 4Runner or LX470 as suggested earlier would be awesome. Cruiser prices are crazy right...

Anybody fans of 4WD 24-7 on YouTube?

I’m sure it’s a great channel. However, it goes against my creed to watch any YouTube channels that go all in on click-baity thumbnails. I immediately tell YouTube not to recommend. I HATE that crap more than I want the content. Looking at you, lite brite nation 🖕🖕🖕
