I found that placing a 10amp fuse in slot 28 in the box in the engine compartment does just that... bypasses the clutch safety switch.
but by doing this it turns on the 4wd light in my dash....
BCGPER I owe you an apology... I was out trying to get it to start and i had the ignition switch all the way to the start position and my foot slipped off the clutch and as the pedal was coming back up it started. seem the switch was going a little bit further then it should and losing...
doubt that... seeing its a manual and I am pressing the clutch in everytime. I'm thinking the relay on the starter is not making contact and pulling in the contacts for the motor.
so recently on my LJ i would turn the key and nothing... I started with battery connections and relays and then the key... everything looks good. I remember seeing people talking about having to smack the starter to get it to work. so I took out the BFH and wacked it a couple times... climbed...
I have some 3.5 springs that I need to install on my JKU so the 2.5 inch ones will be coming out and your welcome to them... they are the AEV progressive rate springs.
if you take the truck to a Uhaul I believe they will check the connector for you for free... or you can buy a cheap adapter at walmart that you plug in and it tells you if the wiring is good.
I would be glad to help you check the trailer wiring...
my company 401k allows me to contribute both pre and post tax. I split it up so that my tax burden will be smaller. I also have an army retirement coming in 4 yrs when I turn 60. I will probably have to work until I die! seeing I just bought my first house 2 years ago and I am 55 yrs old now.
farmington gates are closed. they closed them about a week or so ago... I saw the announcement on facebook. it came from the forest service if I remember right
I think I have some cat6 cable in my driveway... my son brought several boxes home from his work. but you will not notice the difference between cat6 and cat5 at that distance.
it took me, my son and grandson 2 hours to fill 9 bags of leaves yesterday. work out a pay per hour with the kid and see what he think is ok. then go with that.
I have a neighbor that is in his 80's and a vietnam vet that doesn;t get out much and has a yard full of leaves. I would be glad to pick him up and work with him in cleaning my neighbors yard. then take him back home.
while I had an mobile 2mt radio in my jeep I used a cheap baufang set to the aprs freq and used the aprs.fi app. this allowed me the 2mt for comms and the baufang just for aprs.
there are some cameras out there where you can set it up to take pictures every hour,2 hours every day at x time..... I think a shot from the same place everyday at noon until its built would be fun to see
