Pulled similar doubles with my Cummins and loaded was 21.5-22.5k. I am curious what just truck and trailer weigh now. Probably similar.

Man that is a rough one, if it were me, I would push for what you want. It is not something easily redone, but should be easy to be done right the first time... But I have no building experience, so we should let the other guys chime in.

Current working on a 30 x 45 detached garage. I am looking at a Red Iron/Metal building. I have been looking pretty hard at the rotary lifts. https://rotarylift.com/ They list 4-1/4" concrete for their 10k# lift but I am pretty sure that is reinforced. Contractor/builders are kind of hard...
