Just an update, I received both my 1 3/4 and 1" JD2 protractor and I must say, these are very nice. My only hold back would be the price. $130.00 for two is a bit steep.

I made one that is kind of like this. I took two metal yard sticks and bolted them together. It worked very well except it didn't give me the radius of the bend. I have a few projects coming up that I feel the JD2 one will work very well for.

So I went ahead and bought two of the protractors from JD Square. I'll update when I receive them.

Been a while sisnce I have bent tube and now I need a cage for the RZR. Has anyone used one of these http://jd2.com/p-110-bendicator-protractor.aspx I think it would be very nice.
