Agreed on going bigger. I have the mid sized green mountain which will do 3 big racks of ribs flat but there are times when I’m entertaining where a bit more room would be nice. They are like TVs and boob jobs. No one ever said I should have gone smaller :)

Super clean CJ. Good luck and definitely post pics. Remember it’s a 40 year old Jeep. Even brand new they won’t steer like a modern car. A little wander is natural, just adds to the charm :). I think you are on the right track replacing all the suspect parts.

Pork on pork action.... smoked bacon wrapped pork tenderloin. Great flavor but I need to crips the bacon a little more.

To be fair my friend isn’t great with maintenance so it could have been a while since the last vacuum. I try to clean after about a bag of pellets but got too busy cooking and neglected the cleaning. Fortunately it didn’t impact the performance at all.

Hey smoker guys just a reminder to clean and vacuum your ashes. I have been a little negligent and wow did I have a lot In there. A friend of mine had a pretty significant flame up/explosion on his. We are thinking it was due to ash building up.
