actually sleeping bag ratings are supposed to reflect the temperature you will be comfortable down to.....but...what's comfortable to me may be cold to you plus each manufacturer is 'certifying' these ratings so you have to take it with a grain of salt... I have always been warm in my Marmot bag...

that's cool man....1st year of applying there....i would love to do that....currently an equipment operator with Staker......one of my neighbors is a trainer with Kennecott and he said it's an average of 7 years applying before you get hired....
