Just moved to Utah, and took my jeep in for its safety inspection, and they tell me because it is lifted I have to have mud flaps. Now I've been driving around here for a couple of months and i see lots and lots of lifted jeeps without mud flaps.... So whats the deal, do you all put them on and...

16,000 miles, I know the throw out bearing hasn't been replaced. Dont have the wo with me otherwise i would let ya know. I have smoked the clutch on at least one occasion. Figure i took some life off of it, but didnt think 16 k would do it in.
