04 tundra leveling kit upgrade?

I have a buddy who bought an 04 tundra with a leveling kit and says it rides really rough he wants improved ride and handling was looking at bilstien adjustable struts? Or bilstien coilovers..

I told him to look at old man emu ?

I have 5100s with OME 886 coils. Camburg Uniball upper arms. Can't say enough good things about the setup. I have a buddy that has run 5100s/OME, ICON coilovers, and then gone back to the 5100/OME setup because he didn't see the need for the ICONs if you aren't driving fast all the time.
