Getting ready to button up my rear axle on my YJ. The 14 bolt that I have didn't come with any brake lines. What size hard line do I need and where is the best place to get it? I need the T (that will fit to the soft line on my YJ) all the way to the calipers (Chevy 3/4 ton discs).

Napa. 3/16 is standard I believe
That sounds right to me too. I have a double flare tool that has 5 sizes and I have only ever used the 3/16. (actually broke my 3/16 die and had to order another set of dies, so I have duplicates of 4 sizes that I have never used)
I used 77 chevette front soft line to go out to the caliper (I used Eldorado Calipers but should be the same)
Here are a couple of pics. (the second one is showing that I had to re-locate that line since the line was hitting the exhaust, but it might give you an idea)
