In Utah, my private semi costs around 450/year registered for 24000 lbs, but it is 23 years newer than this rig. Insurance is also around 450 annually. Seems like I pay the same for inspection as the other cars ($17), but I could be wrong.

Can this be registered as a classic for lower registration costs? Only used for club functions, ie: rock crawling?
