It needs a windshield to pass inspection. Emissions should be fine. Drives pretty nice on the highway, for a lifted YJ. I have no idea on the mpg, the speedometer is off quite a bit. I would guess 12-16 mpg. I don't need another motorcycle, unless it's a newer HD Street Glide.
