1998 Chevy 2500 454 vortec 4x4 extended cab long bed

Selling a extended cab 454 2500. It is an awesome truck and it pulls HARD. I have never been more impressed with the towing capability of a gas truck. It comes with a matching shell and and has only 157000 miles. It passed emissions about 2 weeks ago. I just barely registered it.

454 vortec
K&N FIPK filter with tube.
MSD ignition
Auto trans that shifts really well
after market dual exhaust
locker in the rear(not sure which one, it was that way when I bought it)
newer wheels
75% tread on tires
ranch rs5000 shocks in front
sleeping/storage platform in the bed
The exterior is pretty darn clean for the year.
Interior is in great shape. No rips in the seats.
the grill next to the drivers light is missing a piece
Brand new windshield
all the lights and seat belts work
tow package
electric seats/windows
4x4 works great
stock cd player
No leaks to speak of
It is 100% ready to go truck.

Nice truck!! That would be a great hauler on the cheap. The Vortec 454 is a strong, reliable engine and the 4L80e trans is beefy... if I needed a truck, that would be high on the list.

I am not sure, but probably. It can hold speed all the way to Moab pulling my buggy.

It is paid off so I don't really have to sell it, but figure there is no reason for it to just sit around.

I don't plan on selling separately. The platform was built just for this truck. I doubt it would fit any other (unless same model etc.)

So go to whatever hardware store you have up there on the "elitist bench," spend $30 on some 2x4s and a sheet of plywood and build your own.

last time I checked it got about 11-12 pulling the buggy. However, it has gotten like 8-10 pulling when I was pulling the gig ole' camp trailer.

Freeway it is usually 13-15ish. I do not drive it much so around town I am not sure.
