Interesting. I've tried apricot, wasn't bad. Apple and Maple wood are my personal favorites. Peach...??? I'll guinea pig it. How much do you want for it?

I will hand deliver to my driveway in Draper for free and the chips are free.
In my mind, apple is king for milder foods, then hickory, for every thing else.
