2011 Lexus GX 460 takeoffs

I'm gonna put wheels and tires on my wife's Lexus they are 18's with what looks to be brand new Michelin m/s stock size. I will be doing this in the next 4-6 weeks I could probably do it sooner some one wants them faster.
looking to get 600 for the set I'd like to keep them all together.
