2013 Old School Trimmers rules and planning thread

Here is what we have discussed for the rules, if anyone thinks we need to make any changes let us know.

Registration will be $20 per entry. Each competitor will be required to sign a safety waiver before the event.

Tech Inspection 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Friday the 24th at the Delta Proving Grounds

The race will be held on Saturday between the Rock Crawl and Rock Cross events.

I'm kinda glad I didn't sell this last year. Would this work?

If I can register and pay my entry the day of, count me in as a maybe!...my wife is due June 6th and is measuring a little big, so depending on how she is fairing I may or may not be able to make it down.

When is everyone going to be there so we can do tech inspect for the mowers?

After talking with Craig, we will hold tech inspection Friday morning during the regular tech schedule. If you can not make it during that time, please get with me ahead of time.

Laying in bed last night I had an epiphany about the Trimmers Race; I think before the race begins, all of the competitors should have to drive across the teeter totter. This will test their mettle to be sure they're up for the craziness of the race.

I think we should also have a comp to see who can high mark the wall

will there be any water holes? i wonder what the fording depth on these machines is like....
