Post up your nights away from home. Preferably in a sleeping bag, but I think hotel nights are acceptable as well 👍

Just got done with a one night bag at fish lake.

Was supposed to be two, but we buried my friends Subaru and were stuck from 3:30pm yesterday till about 1pm today so we said screw it and headed out after shoveling for probably 10 hours.

It's been a long, long time ago. But I too, have spent 10 hours straight shoveling out a Subaru. On an ice fishing trip.

Jan 16-21 St Lucia

Sadly this year is very unlikely to top my 2023 when my sleeping bag total included 1 night in Antarctica (add 3 nights hotel and 10 on ship for that trip), 7 nights in Tanzania (plus 1 hotel), 5 nights at Lake Powell and 8 nights tenting it in Nepal (plus 2 hotel).

We'll definitely be putting more nights into our camper. Starts out with EJS in Mar, with another long trip in the summer

Does sleeping on the floor of your kids room so he'll stop screaming in the middle of the night and go to sleep count? If so, I'm sure I'll rack up a substantial number of nights roughing it this year!😒

I still remember Mesha once saying he practiced sleeping outside comfortably by sleeping in the bathtub. That's hardcore.
