3rd Gen 4Runner - new bumper so I need load resistors

I just got a new front bumper put on. This has the LED lights and so I have the rapid blinking issue. I purchased some load resistors, but I'm not real sure where or which wires to connect them to, how and where to mount them etc. I could use some advice on this if you are familiar with both the vehicle and situation.

The resistor leads cause a small short between the power and ground of the blinker. The short simulates the power draw that a halogen bulb would give, and turns that into heat. So the load resistor gets hot like a lightbulb while it’s in use.

Thanks. I know I need to mount it somewhere that it's not close to plastic or anything besides metal. I'm just wondering how others have mounted theres and how I know which wires are which.
