3rd row seat for tahoe

Im in need of a 3rd row for our tahoe. it needs to be "self contained" meaning the seatbelts (shoulder belts) need to be built in to the seat. im not to picky on color i prefer grey but will take any including leather or cloth. will need the hardware to mount it if possible. i need one asap and need it to be as cheap as i can get. we just sold the jeep and bought the tahoe because we are expecting in a couple months and needed the room for 1 more but we just recently found out were having twins so now a 3rd row is a must! and we dont want to go thru the trouble of selling right now to get something with 3rd row.

There is a plate that is needed and my BIL has that plate

I have a grey leather no hardware but it can be had cheaply on eBay or even cheaper probably at one of the local yards. I was going to set one up in the back of my jk unlimited for a third row.
