Actually, because I was so sick the past week with a sinus infection...I never really had a desire to smoke, my body was just all sorts of messed up. Plus I went through like 4 gallons of cranberry juice in three days to keep the blood sugar levels up. I seriously think thats what helped me not crave cigarettes either.
I dont know why I am so darn soar, I have been like that for three days now. Who knows?!!

Besides the sinus infection and being sore (you're probably right brett) she has done awesome! I'm proud of her. I think the cranberry juice to keep your sugar levels up is key. If you are wanting to quit, maybe look into it. She didn't have any of the anxiety or problems from the last time she tried.

I dunno if this is fact or not, but everyone I've talked to that's quit smoking says that they seem to get sick more easily. Wonder if that's in their minds or something, cause I personally think I've stayed more healthy now.
