get it done, you'll be so glad you did. Sounds like it's time for a work party where we can all come over and knock a ton out in one night. How close are you?

Invisible, on purpose!
You have to finish it!! You have already done all the hard stuff!! :tara:

I know how you feel though, I'm at the same point where all the PITA stuff has to happen, Fuel & brake lines, wiring, dash, E-brake cables, running lights, safety belts, ...:shawn:

Also, there's the stuff that is going to cost money, like exhaust & drivelines & custom soft tops & ....:rofl::rofl:

Keep going, if for no other reason than, I know that someone else is in it as deep as I am:amy:

Hey bro... don't lose hope! Although there's work to be done, it's going to be a very rewarding project in the end. If you need a helping hand please don't hesitate to ask. Besides, that will give me an excuse to swing by in the '82 Scrambler I picked up earlier this summer. Just had my first shakedown run up AF canyon into mineral basin a couple weeks ago!

I'm a newbie to this forum as of yesterday, but I just finished reading this whole thread and it would be a shame to give up on this project now after coming so far on such a really different idea. Keep it going. You can't give up after putting years into it. You have given me inspiration.

yeah... I was just seeing who was still out there in the web world...

I actually made a little bit of progress on it last weekend. I need to move it to another space in the garage, but cant without rear wheels (or frame). I measured, measured, measured, measured, and cut, test fit, need to cut off another 2 inches of frame, but then can weld er up. I dont have any new pics, but will get some soon.

Thanks for the motivation.

This thing is awesome! Can't wait to see the updates. I'm new here too, this project caught my eye. If you need more parts I know where 2 and half jeepsters are for sale near salt lake.

Swoop69, did you build the roll cage you've got on your yellow Jeepster "tweety"? I'd like to build one and I really like that one.
