I have a lead on some 47 dodge power wagon axles, should I just pass these up or would they make good off road axles, what are the pros and cons and what kind of lockers if any are available?

Yes

would they make good off road axles

No

what kind of lockers if any are available?

None except factory installled???

what are the pros and cons

They are a closed knuckle, huge odd ball 5 lug rim axle. I'm guessing that most brake parts would be hard to find/impossible and very expensive. These axles would only be good for a restoration I would think but I'm just guessing.

In looking through my "Classic 4x4s" book by Jim Allen the gear ratio's were 4.89 or 5.83 on the heavier GVW models. The 251 cid made 125 HP, 216 FPT. There is no mention of a limited slip option available.
