We are ready to start taking a head count for the BBQ so we can plan on how much food to have ready. We have also included an option to pre-pay to help cover initial costs, but it's not required. However, any help is much appreciated!

RSVP Form and all information about the BBQ including the menu and raffle info can be found here:

Huge thanks to our raffle sponsors!

No official deadline yet, but it would be good to know a week before the bbq.
Thanks for the heads up. Didn't even think about a deadline.

THANK YOU RME for making Moab Friends-For-Wheelin' the beneficiary of the raffle!!!! It is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED, and we will be sure to put it to good use in our efforts to maintain access to our great trails here in Moab!

As a side note, MFFW has some fun trails scheduled for the Memorial Day weekend, and anyone who would like to come along is welcome (as long as we stay under the BLM limit of 25 vehicles). We have Pritchett Canyon, Rusty Nail, and Moab Rim scheduled, check out www.webejeepinmoab.com for details.

Thanks again!
Jeff

It's going to be great to see everybody there again. I always look forward to this BBQ every year now.

I've updated the RSVP page with more information!

Remember - if you can't make it to the BBQ you can still enter the raffle. Winners from the drawing in Moab will be posted on the forum that night.

I think this will be the first of these BBQs I've missed, but I'll be on a cruise so I'm ok with it.

But to echo what Jeff said, thank you so much for supporting our little club! We started it as a group of friends who share a devotion to Moab and responsible land use, it has become, in my humble opinion, just about the perfect 4-wheeling club!

The amount of time and energy some of our club members dedicate to the preservation of this sport is mind boggling. The amazing members of our club (who I desperately wish I could keep up with), Jeff, Jim, Ber, Gary, Melissa, Rick, Larry, Devon, Susan, Matt, Geoff, Sandy, Misty, Charlotte, Mary, and all our supporting members, thank you for what you do to keep Moab alive and well!

I wish I knew how you guys get away with that. We have 35 vehicles spread out over 5-6 trails per day and the BLM requires permits, insurance, and a nice chunk to STLA. We'll never even get close to 25 vehicles on one trail, and it's organized by a group of friends for free (well we have to charge now to pay for BLM permit, insurance, and STLA fees).

I guess being local helps.
