I have a speed density 5.0 out of a 89 mercury and I'm thinking about changing it over to MAF. Is there anybody around here who has done it and can help or point me in the right direction? I've searched and see a lot of sites where they do it to mustangs and change them to HO MAF. Not sure if this will work with the motor I have cause it's not HO. And don't know if I want to change the cam and firing order. But if I need to I will. Any help with be appreciated.

If you dont want to swap the cam, then it sounds like you arent doing any major power upgrades. So why worry about converting to MAF? Speed Density is just fine.
