5.3/Ls1 injectors

I have a 5.3 with an LS1 intake on it which has created a dilemma: which injectors to use and how to make them work. The Ls1 injectors are a good 3/4" longer than the truck injectors. Because of the slight inward inclination of the injectors, the span between the upper tips of the shorter truck injectors is too wide to get the LS1 fuel rail onto the truck injectors currently in the manifold. I would like to use the longer LS1 injectors, but I noticed that they are 4-hole injectors as opposed to the 2-hole truck injectors. Does this mean that the LS1 injectors have twice the flow rate? If so, do I need a computer flash to compensate? If I go with the LS1 injectors, I will need to change the connectors on my truck harness to fit them. Where can I get LS1 injector connectors? Also, is there a difference between LS1 injector resistance and truck injector resistance that will burn drivers in the truck ECM?

Oh yeah, before anyone suggests just using the truck fuel rail, it's not an option. It's way too tall and would poke out through the hood.

Clear as mud?

Any suggestions from those with experience with this stuff would be greatly appreciated.

No.

If you change injectors, the fuel injector curve must be adjusted.

Ebay, junkyard, or eficonnection.com

Also, is there a difference between LS1 injector resistance and truck injector resistance that will burn drivers in the truck ECM?
No, stock injectors are all high impedance.

Yes.
