I'm guessing the bolt is rusted into the sleeve in the spring eye bushing.
Here's how to deal with it...
Don't break the nut off in the unibody.
Cut the spring eye off. Cut the outer sleeve off the spring bushing. Use a sawzall to cut the rubber bushing off.
At this point, the bolt and inner bushing sleeve is all that is left. Heat the sleeve with a torch until it is red hot. Spray it down with some PB Blaster. Hit it with an impact gun, and the bolt should come right out.
