I just wanted to let everyone know that if you havent RSVP'd but still plan on coming to the bbq or it becomes a last minute decision you can still pay at the BBQ no problem. :)

Yes, we always make a little extra just in case. Thanks again to everybody who rsvp'd ahead of time though!

Also - come on over even if you don't have dinner. We will be selling tickets for the giveaway and we have a lot to win! (Must be present to win this year, all $ is going to be awarded to an outstanding club for trail maintenance and land-use operations)

Remember, the BBQ is at a different park than last year. It's at the Old City Park which is a little further south than the other two parks.

Sorry I missed the RSVP deadline. Count us in for 2, and we will just pay when we get there.

is there another thread for some wheeling trips? we want to go with some peeps, nothing too tough as I still dont have the confidence in my 40 year old jeepster to do pritchet, moab rim, maybe not even poison spider...

I know im a sissy...

I know it sounds corny, but it might be a good idea to have name tags with our usernames on it. We learned from the noob run that we met a lot of familiar faces, but by the end of the night, we couldn't put the faces with the usernames we're so used to seeing. I, for one, will have a "sixstringsteve" name tag. I may put one on my rig too.

holy crud! I was just looking for this thread so I could say we should have name tags. I think it would be nice. I will wear one.

I've thought the same thing, write in your username and your real name so we all know who each other are.
