72 Confer CJ5 back on the road

I have been working on a friends old 72 CJ5 that blew a tranny 30 years ago and has been sitting out in his field since it died. I finally got it all back together and ready to deliver back to my friend. It took a lot of work to get it back in running condition. Everything in the fuel system had to be replaced or rebuilt since it had 30 year old gas in the tank. The wheel bearings had to be replaced since they had sat in one position so long with some moisture that they were shot. Every ujoint was bad. The seats and tires were a mess and all of the electrical parts in the dash had to be fixed or replaced. The hoses were all rotten and wasps had built nests in all kinds of places. The tranny shifter boot was cracked and let water go down the shifter and into the tranny and transfer case where there was more water than oil. I ended up finding a 73 CJ5 on KSL and used it as a donor vehicle for the tranny/tcase and other parts. The jeep had been customized by Confer in California and included U bolt skids, tranny and oil pan skids, roll cage, swing out tire carrier, rocker protectors, and rear corner guards. It has been rewarding to get this all back together and running again. He wanted it stock so I didn't upgrade many things. It will need some paint down the road since I had to weld up rust holes and repair smashed fenders. Here is how it looks now.
