Outside the Box
Bringin back an old post but here's another sorta Scout guy.
Mine is a 75 with a 350 Chev, SM-465 with hydraulic clutch and a 205 case. Front is a 3\4 ton 44 from a Chev, narrowed to use stock width Scout shafts, and Ford 1\2 ton outters to match the 5 on 5 1\2 pattern in the rear. Gearing is 4.10:1 with a No-Slip in the rear and open front. Suspension is SOA with stock springs and 35X12.50-15 MT\R's.

In the works is a FF 60 rear and return the front to 3\4 ton outters. Also have the TBI swapp going for the 350.

That's about it. Hope to see more Scout's though.

BTW Trails so far are Rusty Nail, Goldbar Rim, Hells Revenge, Hole in the Rock (including the Rincon) and the Hanging Tree in Sanpete Co.
