i just bought myself a 99 4 runner and i'm lokking for some inputs from you old heads on lift kits (2" suspension) and other improvements to toughen up my new ride.

An Old Man Emu suspension would be great. High quality products & they ride good.

Does your 4Runner have a rear e-locker?

three letters... SAS. you will kick yourself if you put on an ifs lift and later end up wantin to solid axle swap. you will be happy you did!

so a locking rear end, any other inputs?
i was thinking about replacing the factory skid plates to protect the under belly.
right now i'm looking into a revtech 2 in. suspension lift.
if anyone has some performance and milage up grades i'd like to hear from you
